Ymca Chair Based Exercise Course
This course enables the learner to run chair based exercise sessions in a variety of settings within health adult social care and leisure environments.

This course enables learners to run fun and enjoyable classes which allow those with movement restrictions to still benefit from physical activity and exercise. It is also relevant for those already running such sessions without a formal qualification candidates will learn.
Core distance running workshop level 1 this workshop applies the core principles and guides a distance runner through movements to improve performance by increasing efficiency. Upon completion learners can deliver a chair based exercise session limited to the specific exercises covered within the training course.
